If I did and If I do

If I did is used for something that happened in the past.

· If I did anything to hurt you yesterday, I am sorry.

If I do is used for something that will happen in the future.

· If I do my work correctly, I will get a reward.

    If I did something is also used when we talk about an unreal possibility.
